One of the largest electric power utilities in Latin America operates more than 70 substations and sites throughout Brazil. With over 3.1 million spare parts and 45,000+ SKUs, they required a comprehensive solution to validate physical inventory and evaluate internal warehouse processes.
The customer needed more than a traditional inventory — they sought a partner who could assess the efficiency, accuracy and structure of their inventory management processes across a highly complex and regulated network.
